So as far as know I have to:

  1. Register an account with legit Individual or Company status
  2. Contact Nintendo via email with request becoming an Switch developer
  3. If that goes well, I can buy a Dev kit from them and they will provide me with a special Unity version

Right?

How does the costs change or doesn’t - same Unity plan?

And If develop as Individual (Freelancer) for a Company, do I have to be on Business plan? Or i just have to check these “Required if revenue or funding is greater than $200K in the last 12 months” and see where the company (or my income??) fit’s?
