About to launch -- but can't get in contact with Unity Ads

Apologies for posting this on the forum, but a team of four of us have been working on our game, Beaver Smash (beaversmash.com), for almost a year now and we’re about to launch tomorrow.

We decided to go ad-based a couple months ago and seemed to have Unity Ads working correctly and integrated. As far as we know, it should work fine for launch. But whereas two of my dev friends (the ones who talked me into going ad-based) have regular contact with their ad service providers, (chartboost and admob, I believe) by phone to confirm configuration on both sides, etc – I can’t seem to get in direct contact with Unity Ads. I’ve both sent emails and attempted to call directly coming up to this launch and haven’t gotten a response. Now we’re almost out of time.

Honestly, I went with Unity Ads given I figured it would be the easiest to integrate and I generally like the company. But I’m concerned this might not turn out to be the best customer service experience using the ad network. I hope we didn’t bet this

I can take a look. Found your support ticket. Will respond there. Due to time constraints, we don’t typically provide this level of hand-holding. Unless you are actually experiencing an issue, this is generally a low priority request.

In the future, it helps to provide more information about what it is you actually need from the support team. Provide us with a link to your build if you would like the integration checked. If you are publishing an iOS game, please be prepared to provide us with TestFlight access.
