It seems like Unity Pro license belongs to me after 2 years of subscription.
I would like to know if I can pay all immediatly, not paying it monthly.

Normally, no. Contact a Unity official, and maybe they could make an exception. But it’s not guaranteed, and I hope you realize that despite getting it “forever”, you do not get updates etc.
