Absolutely dismal support

We have been using Unity for 7-8 years in our Xr Studio. Paid subscriptions of course. We have bought extensions and assets, like any normal game studio.

And now we can’t access those, any of that.

Reason is that Unity started to ask additional code during login. This code is sent to the mail that is used in the account… fine. Except that it is NOT. There is a time limit and you have to input the code within that, but THE CODE NEVER COMES. Or it did, twice, HOURS AFTER THE REQUEST WAS SENT.

So now we are stuck. Did a ticket, reply was that it can take years to get back or something.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE ACTUAL CUSTOMERS AND ON GOING PROJECTS, AND WE NEED TO ACCESS THE ASSETS WE HAVE BOUGHT FOR THOSE?

Unreal starts to seem like a real, and mandatory, switch… if you do a code sending service, please check that IT F***KING WORKS.
