I installed Accelerator locally on MacOS Sequoia. It works fine if I turn my Firewall off:
{“version”:“v1.0.941+g6b39b61”,“up”:“12m49.8953355s”,“load”:0}
If I turn Firewall on, I can’t connect to the Accelerator even though I’m allowing incoming connections to it:
I found something similar if I toggled the setting between Allow and Block. I fixed it by stopping and then starting the service again with launchctl.
Thanks. I can’t toggle the Allow/Block in Settings as it’s disable for the Accelerator (I think this is a bug in Sequoia). I changed the Firewall settings from command line to remove and add the entry back and tried starting and stopping the service, but no luck. If firewall is enabled, I can’t connect to the accelerator.
Would you mind filing a bug report so we can keep this externally trackable? Also it says there was an OS update 2 days ago. I’m not sure if that’ll help the issue but it might be worth a try if you haven’t already
How do I submit a bug report? – Unity
I’ll do a bug report. I did install the 15.1 version yesterday but that didn’t help unfortunately.

I had the same thing. I got it working by using “localhost” as the address, not the IP address that resolves into.
