I need to access music file from the iPhone library and how to play it. And how to adjust the iPhone brightness?

can anybody have experience with this? How to access music file from iphone?

I think that this should be able to play music but I’m not absolutely sure. As for brightness, Apple’s regulations for getting an app on the AppStore won’t let you change the brightness.
