Access particles for custom DrawProceduralIndirect?

Is there any way to access the particles in a simulation?

In my case, I’m happy about the simulation of the particles, but I’m unhappy by the limited options in terms of rendering them, so I would like to draw them myself using a DrawProceduralIndirect. I haven’t found a way to access them though. Is there really no way?

Ah, that is a shame. So this was suggested more than 2 years ago and it still isn’t implemented or even in the works. It seems like such a trivial feature to add.

Oh well, guess I’ll have to resort to making my own particle system. Really wish I wouldn’t have to spend time on that.
