Access to compressed ogg theora

At this moment I make (pre-compress) all my ogg theora files with a command line (for windows) compressor.

I have however found out that this compressor is NOT giving the bitrate requested. If you ask a movie to be 100kbps (which is acceptable for a 128x128 movie) then it can as well give a final file of 300kbps

I hope that the unity built-in compressor does this better, but is there a way to export the .OGG file from unity to for example my memory stick to compare those files with what my command line compressor makes?

regards,

Bart

You can export the Ogg file by right clicking on the asset in the Project view.

Great,

With the slider you can set the video bitrate, but what about audio?

And if this is combined, is there any extra information about how this is combined in the slider ?
