Accessing children of a prefab individualy.

Hi, I'm having trouble with prefabs. I have a prefab called "Line" and it is made up of 3 cubes to make a line. I instantiate the prefab at some point, but I'd like to still have control over each cube, if I attach a script to the object, I can move the whole object around with "transform.position" however I don't know how to move an individual cube similarly.

first of all i should say that you also can attach scripts to cubes and move them as normal object like their parent. to get the children of an object you could use a foreach loop in C# or for loop in javascript.
