Hi i Have an error with my Asset Store i try to download an my old payement and wheni click download asset store telled me i need to active my account but on my email no are email from unity why where is problem and how i can resolve it or same one pepole have this problem?
I have the same problem. (you must activate your account)
After I got the message, I opend my acount infos and send a Request Activation Mail to my eMail account. I’ve accepted the message in my eMail account but nothing happend. The message still appears…

Our apologies for the confusion… this was a little fluke caused by a change in the way our servers handle Asset Store / Unity accounts.
Edit: Do proceed with the verification per the email. If you have further problems using the store, just log out and back in again, until we fix this.

thanks for your answer. But the eMail isn’t the problem. The problem is that I cannot download an asset because everytime I get the message “you must activate your account”. By the way, after clicking on this message I’ll get a “Unknown error” message.
Same problem here. Quite frustrating.
log out and log back in. that fixed it for me.
We’re looking into it further right now… in the meantime, what Drew suggested (logging out and back in) seems to be a valid workaround.

I have the same problems. I can’t download an Update of an asset I purchased and the activation email is not received at all.
And the logging out workaround is not working.
@Caitlyn, there is also the problem of “Already up to date” I have since beginning of Asset Store. Every time when I try to update extensions I bought, it will tell me I am “Already up to date”. I have to force update by choosing “Download Anyway”. Why can’t UT implement a system of fingerprinting submitted extensions and assets and check against that?
And also, another suggestion - an easy ONE CLICK “Update All” system to update all your extensions to the latest version much like the Apple App Store update system (Also let you update individually). It will be even better if Asset Store can notify you with a badge or pop up to tell you if a new version of extension or asset is on asset store too.
Update notifications would be great but update all would be a bad idea. People should read through the update/release notes carefully incase there is some specific action required. Software updates of any kind should be carefully implemented.
I’m having the same issue, activate account, log out and log back in, and items I’ve purchased that have updates, I hit download and I’m told my account is not activated even though I did in fact activate.
Now im logaut and relogin and it works
