Account Terminated for fraud with paid assets even though it wasn't my fault?

So my other account DogGuyTheThird got terminated 2 weeks ago since I bought an asset and I don’t know if unity thought I refunded the money on my bank or my bank canceled my card cuz they thought it was a fraud but anyway I didn’t notice and during that period I didn’t have access to my email to see I was Terminated. I didn’t initiate a refund and now my account with multiple paid assets got terminated and I haven’t gotten my money back since they think it is fraud. I then opened a ticket a few days after and got no response for 2 weeks when I check my ticket it led me to a zendesk page that doesn’t exist anymore like they just deleted my ticket?!? What can be done about this?

Please submit a new support ticket and reference the previous ticket ID in it.
