activate/deactive object in prefab

Any chance to activate/deactive object once inside the prefab? It is very bothering to remake whole prefab again just because of this (i have to create game object, insert everything inside, set everything again, then make prefab…).

? why are you remaking them from scratch? when you can edit/add/remove parts from a prefab.

I can edit most of settings, but not activity, it is not possible to check/uncheck that button.
