Activating PRO

Hi Unity Team,

I bought Unity3D Pro 1 week ago. I just receive an e-mail with my payment confirmation.
I also sent a e-mail to support@unity3d.com telling about my problem and fowarding my payment e-mail.

How could I activate my unity Pro?

Well 3 days ago was friday, now its monday, gives ~1 workday in between.

But generally I would check the spam box, if the license that was sent and support mails ended there

Dream, my unityPro was purchased/Authorized on 25/Feb/2011 … 1 month has passed :slight_smile:

My comment was more on the “nothing happened since it” in relation to andees answer and the fact that between your post an hour ago and andees answer primarily weekend was inbetween.
I’m sure its being looked into since he brought it up thus also the pointing out in direction of the spam mail box (if you have not whitelisted unity3d.com which I would recommend)

I thank Andeeee for the help but unity support didn’t give me any answer (I sent this message on 15-03 to support team) :slight_smile:
