We just got our “Pro” serial numbers, and used the “Internet Activation” tool to enter one. When I clicked the submit button, I was given a page saying “Product Authorized - Your copy of Unity is now being authorized. You should be ready to go within a minute.”
…but it’s been quite a bit longer than that, and my product is not activating. Unity still says “Connecting to server”, and the web browser page doesn’t appear to be engaging in any activity at all. Our internet connection appears to be working just fine, since I can browse around in other browser windows without trouble.
What should I do next? We bought a multi-seat license, and each serial number only has one install, so I’m a little leery of just starting over, in case the system thinks I’ve already installed one seat.
