When I try to use Muse i get this response “Join the closed beta program to create with Muse, and accelerate development of your real-time 3D experiences in ways you never imagined! If you were recently accepted from the waitlist and received this message, please note that it may take up to 2 hours to process your account for access.12”
I have waited for almost 24 hrs now. How should I proceed?

@martina_johannesson My issue is resolved. When I followed the link, the browser remembered my private account. However, the invitation went out to my work account. Sorry for the confusion.
Hi Martina, I am still having the same issue when clicking on the link sent in the invite email. Would you be able to confirm the email you have on file for me? It is possible I used the wrong email when registering although, I was pretty sure I used the email associated with my Unity account.
Some further info, I noticed the email telling me I was accepted to the “Unity AI Preview Group” was to the email associated with my Unity ID but the email telling me I was invited to the “Unity Muse Chat: You’re invited to join our AI closed beta was” to an alternate email address.
Same Problem here, but i noticed i did not register with my unity email (wasnt aware of it).
Do i have to create a new account, reregister with my unity mail or can this be fixed by you if i send you my mail?

Two weeks and sadly still no access here. After filing a bug report I was told that they couldn’t even find my email in the beta signup list, which I don’t think I could participate in the discussions here if that were actually the case.
From what I’ve seen, everyone who has had this problem and then solved it had some difference between the email address they signed up with, and their main UnityID email.
I would urge anyone who is still unable to use Muse to check if the email listed in the top-right on the Muse page is an exact match of the address your beta invite was sent to.

According to another post, if the address the beta invite went out to is different, you may be able to change your UnityID address to that one to gain access.
Unfortunately, in my case, the difference between the two comes down to capitalization of letters, which does not seem to be adjustable in the UnityID preferences. I have not yet gotten confirmation on whether or not capitalization matters, but the authentication system seems very picky when it comes to your email address, and that’s the only difference I could spot in my scenario.
