Activation problems

Hello everyone,
I already searched online and found another thread somewhat similar to this issue, however, the thread was about people who were not getting the confirmation email in order to activate their account. My situation is different though.

I want to download my unity purchase that I just made, but it says that I have to activate my account first. The issue, is that I’ve already “activated” my account. Long ago, I received the confirmation email about needing to activate and I clicked the link, which then said that my account had been activated. However, whenever I’m at the asset store, it still won’t allow me to download my purchases. Please let me know how this can be resolved, thanks!

I’m not sure about this, but if you’re a paying customer, doesn’t that entitle you to contact Unity support staff directly? I believe I would do so if that’s an option.

You need to log out of Unity Asset Store, and log back in. It works for me.

EDIT: I think you probably need to :
Reactivate your account through Unity email verification system first (click on the email of your account on the top right corner, and sent another email for verification), log out of Asset Store, then quit Unity, then start Unity, log back in to Asset Store. Hopefully that would work for you.

By the way which version of Unity are you using?
