I want to download transaction receipt for my revenue payout. I can see invoice only.
on 29th December, transfer is completed but I haven’t received it in bank, the checked with bank, they asked for transaction receipt & MT 103 copy for crediting this amount into this account from the source.
created ticket but they even don’t reply on tickets.
they have priorities like, low, med, high & urgent. I’ve opened ticket with priority urgent. and still, there’s no update.
