"Add Google Play Store details" failed

I got my app published in open beta but still can’t show UnityAds production on my app.

Tried add the store id in google play details but it keep failing.

What can I do?

EDIT1:
On the settings it shows this:
Game ID: 1187334
Store game ID: UNKNOWN
Store game name: UNKNOWN

EDIT2:
Stil can’t set the app id on google play but got production ads working just setting
“Force test mode OFF (i.e. use production ads) for all devices”

Glad to hear you managed to get live ads. We’re experiencing some issues with a third party service related to the store icons and other details - this won’t prevent you from monetising your game though.
