Hi, I just have been migrated from from Collaborate to Plastic SCM.
In list of changes I see this:
If I check all these file and click “Checkin” button, I get this error window:
What to do with this? In fact, there was much more files, but they worked with “Checkin” button and were submit. But these 4 do resist!
When I click with right button on any of them I get this:
Adding to ignore is not available (and would it be right?). Adding to hidden changes list did nothing - displayed some dialog and only generated hidden_changes.conf file in Changes section.
How can I get rid of these files or what to do with them? This is my first day with Plastic SCM - no experience yet…

It appears that you added a direct reference to the com.unity.collab-proxy package on the 18th February 2019 (1080 days ago!).
I suspect these folders are no longer needed, are obsolete, and are safe to be deleted. But to be certain, you can check whether this folder is directly referenced in your Packages/manifest.json file.

1080 days is right - we are not in hurry 
It looks like it was some leftover from past - project was migrated from 2018 into 2019 and then into 2020. For some reasons there was structure of empty folders directly in Packages folder. I tried to delete it and it solved my problems.
To precise: error was speaking about /Library/PackageCache/com.unity.collab-proxy@1.15.12, but problem was with empty folders in /Packages. But these empty folders were in past probably related to collab package too - maybe it confused Plastic?
