Has anyone else gotten this? Its a message from Apple and Itunes connect. I checked online and some people say it means im stuck in limbo.

I’ve never received a message like that one. I suspect it has to do with the content requiring additional approvals. Apple doesn’t appear to be political satire friendly.
Honestly with the proximity of Apple to San Francisco and Santa Cruz. The employees themselves are probably rather into something like this. Or at least ones that show up to SF burning man warehouse parties and such. 
But yeah if its a content issue id rather it be rejected outright so I can de-political it than for it to be in stasis.
I received that message from Apple in December a week or so after I submitted an app. It was eventually rejected after about six weeks.
It means Obama is reviewing it on his iphone^h^h^h^h^h^hblackberry
