You could use the line renderer and pass it the points of the hexagon.
You could use a 3d modeling program to create the hexagon shape and remove the centre. E.g Blender
You could use a texture with the shape and put it onto a quad.
Etc.
It is worth doing some of the learn tutorials to get to grips, then this sort of stuff will make more sense to you.
