I created a thread a while back, and was told to put in a support ticket. I had to email the support ticket to the contact given in the thread (Don’t know if that was the best thing to do) Anyways, some time has passed and no answer on anything which is really stressing me out. For some reason I couldn’t send the support ticket in through Unity’s Dashboard, so I emailed the ticket with the same address. I’m guessing that wasn’t the way to do it either

Just verified that support tickets are created when sent to unityads-support@unity3d.com e-mail address. You should have got a response from “Unity Ads Support” with the ticket id?

I had just checked the e-mail I sent to make sure I got the right address, and everything was correct. Unfortunately I never received an e-mail back. Should I send another one? But then won’t it take 2-5 business days again?
You should get e-mail back immediately. Then PM the ticket id to me and I’ll make sure it gets looked into.

It worked this time! I don’t know what happened the first time, but everything is exactly the same. My ticket id is (#441576)
