Ads working in Test Mode But Doesn't Work After Building App and uploading to Play Store

Hi There,
I am new to unity, I am facing an issue
Ads working in Test Mode But Doesn’t Work After Building the App Even Not On play store.
My Test mode is turned off after testing and still not working on Android.
please help me
