Hey all,
My project has been going really well, and thanks to a recent major graphics overhaul, I’m at a point where I’m ready to put my game out there. I’m very happy with what I’ve accomplished in the last year and a bit, and while I know my friends enjoying playing my game with me, I need some outside feedback.
But before that can happen, I need to make my game available to you. I’ve looked into a few options, and it seems like GitHub or GitKraken (recommended by a friend) would be suitable. I’ve looked into Git and I just find it a bit overwhelming. I mean, I know I need to learn it, but I’m terrified that I’ll somehow erase my project. I know I can back it up to a flash drive, but it’s still putting me off.
So what would you recommend? What’s the safest way to get my game out there? I really want to start a WIP thread and get the ball rolling.
