Right now i’m working on a new level based in a canyon.

The Canyon is complete with music and I added some sound effects to things.

Added a much better song to the house a on hill level.

look man currently just about everything from the combat, to the art, to the AI needs a lot of work. You obviously I putting a lot into this game so dont get upset with this advice, just take it to heart.

1.Currently the combat is pretty much luck, all you do is hold down the attack key to just continuously attack and then you die because someone hits you from the back. So you end up spinning around holding down the attack key, that is not a fun combat system. The sword needs a delay so its not to easy to spam.Beyond that there needs to be some sort of response to damage, when you hit something with a sharp sword it should react, if it doesn’t it takes away any sort of thrill that combat could give you. Lastly a little bit of direction would be nice, I feel pretty lost every time I jump in game.

Oh also take a day or two and work on the art, look up tutorials on low poly modeling and hand painted textures.

This was kind of a mini-game / test project that I’ve been working on so I wouldn’t get bored designing the AI for our next game, I just kind of designed it as i went along. I didn’t really care too much about the details, I just wanted to work on the core game-play mechanics.

Added a new “rush mode” which goes to the next level after a certain amount of zombies have been killed, at the last level it goes back to the first.
