After baking all shadows are barely visible and light is missing

Good day!

The main problem - shadows are barely visible and scene looks Dully after light was baked.

Before bake (Directional light is Realtime)

Baked (Directional light set to Baked)

How to achieve result with realtime light in baked scene?

Thanks in advance!

maybe you forgot to set the windows to transparent (the lightmap parameter setting)

Where I can find it?

Disable windows model before bake and enable those after bake.

or here Precomputed Realtime GI (Global Illumination) - Unity Learn

Migrated to 5.6 and speedtrees in corners from first post are black even with realtime directional light.
Settings weren’t changed. Is it a bug or it’s a feature?

yes, something similar.

If you are doing real time lighting and baked lighting, you should try the different lighting mode. And if you are coming from previous unity then it has helped to use Subtractive mode as that seems to be the old mixed mode for using real time and baked settings.

Have tried different lightning modes - result same.
