After importing Unity Blender tie skeleton appeared normal error

I finished modeling in Blender and add the bones, then imported in Unity
However, as shown below, there has been a strange contrast normal
If you delete and then import the bones will return to normal

I’m not entirely sure what is going on in your blender file as I don’t read (Chinese or Japanese?), but if you copied and mirrored that arm and leg piece then the normals would have become inverted. Select the arm and leg, go into edit mode, select all vertices, and hit the “recalculate” button under the normals section. That may fix the problem.
