After minimize and maximize application objects colliders is in wrong position

If start the game objects colliders is in correct place. But if i minimize and maximuze application colliders is at wrong position and object cannont detect on correct position. Any idea?

Collider as block object is correct. But raycast hit in detect object collider in wrong position.

I find the solution.

This problem make function ScreenPoniToRay(Input.mousePosition).

After use function ViewportPointToRay(new Vector3(0.5f, 0.5f, 0)) works fine.
