How can we ensure that an artificial intelligence comes to a certain place, looks around and then walks again, and how can a voice-sensitive artificial intelligence be made?

The first question is very broad so I’ll just guess at your situation and say look into behaviour trees. The second question sounds like you are looking for some kind of voice command library or something. I google “unity voice commands” and there are plenty of results. Maybe your voice commands execute some methods which set some state that your behaviour trees can read from to determine behaviour.
