Alcatel phone and VR 360° video

Hello,

we made 360° VR video with Unity, and it works for example on LG and other phones, but we have a problem with Alcatel - the app is installed and it opens ok, sound works and video also, but function to look around does not work, the video is at one point and one can not look around. Any ideas why? Thank you

Hi,

Check if the phone has gyro. Vr use that for tracking the movement of the headset.

thank you, we did the test and it does not have it, did not even remember this, since the phone is only 2 years old. Thanks again.

One solution may be to just add an option to use a Bluetooth joystick to pan, and pitch for users without gyro.
