I have a sprite sheet with a character that holds a sword. The tip of the sword goes below the characters’ feet in the running frame making it crop weird. When going from running to idle, this makes the sprite look like it’s running on air just a bit above where it stands. Trying to adjust the sprite location in animation makes a weird glitchy effect with the feet kicking out.
Should I just look elsewhere for a better sprite?
I feel like there’s probably a simple solution because this has to be a common enough issue, right? Or is this one of those niche cases of the sprite sheet just wasn’t made for unity?
