When I build widget or a standalone, and then run it, all of the audio files that are attached to audio sources play at full volume and then settle into the way they are meant to be heard.I am evaluating unity for a almost audio only 3d project and I have not been able to work out why this is happening?
any suggestions…thanks in advance…

If you submit a bug report on this using the Report Bug.app and attach the entire project, I will take a look at it immediately since i am working on some audio related code right now anyway.
As a temporary workaround, you could try to set the master volume to 0 in the audio manager and turn it on after the first frame.
Thanks guys, Will send the bug report when I am back on my own machine tomorrow. Thanks for the quick response, the passion and drive behind unity that is demonstrated in this forum has made the descision for me…unity is the way to go…I will be making the purchase shortly…
