I went to CompUSA here in Albuquerque, NM and saw a store closing banner. I asked and was told that ALL CompUSA stores are shutting down. They have some really good deals on some stuff there and Apple did NOT have them send stuff back so all the Mac stuff is clearanced as well. You can get Leopard for $79 and Photoshop CS3 for about $350.
I don’t know the closing schedule for all the stores but the one here is pretty close to empty. They are selling fixtures and inhouse equipment too so I picked up a nice philips projector for $250, it was $750 the day before, with an extra bulb. I’m going to use it for a TV and theater room at home.
