All objects are deactivated in hierarchy using unity 2018.3

As you can see in the picture above, all my Game Objects are somehow disabled.
The weird thing is that they should be active. They even behave the right way.
So basically all of my Game Objects act normal, but in the hierarchy they are disabled.
This only happens in version 2018, I tested the same project with unity 2017.2 and everything worked normal. A complete new installation of both unity and VS didn’t solve it either.
I don’t really know what is going on, please help me!

They are not deactivated, that is how they look now in Unity 2018.3.
If they would be disabled their name would be in grey and not black.
