All textures turned white when switched to mobile

Hi,

I’m actually working on a simple 2D platformer. When I started I was in the Desktop mode; everything was working fine. But when I switched platform (for mobile) all my sprites went White. I’m using lighting and Sprite/Diffuse material. Can someone please explain why ? and if I may be able to fix it ?

What are the sizes of your textures? Normally this means that you have too many or textures that are too big for the mobile phone to load.

Textures are 8x8 pixels … It’s ‘tile’ based game, so i have around 300 tiles, each having a material (to get light). You think it’s because of that ? Then how can I solve this ? I see many games having many tiles AND material on it.

Do you have a project that we can take a closer look? Based on what you are describing, it doesn’t seems like a hardware limitation. Which platform(iOS/Android) are you trying to run your game on?
