Allow Shift + Shift to be used as a shortcut for Quick Search (Like Rider)

I would like to be able to use pressing Shift + Shift to be used as a shortcut for Quick Search as I am quite used to using that in Jetbrains Rider (and other Jetbrains IDE’s) for their “Search Everywhere” functionality. It would be nice to be able to maintain that continuity between Rider and Unity.

In your title on this thread, you can add FEEDBACK as a prefix. This indicates to Unity awesome team that is a feature request.

Hi, thanks for the feedback!

During the development of the Shortcut Manager, chords (e.g. Shift + A then Shift + B) were a consideration but due to the fact other projects took priority at that time, this feature was shelved.

It is unlikely, however, that this feature will be added in the future
