Hello.

Assets store is just a place where people sell their assets. Unity only provides the service of the website. Once they are yours, you can do what you want with them.

You always can contact the author to know what uses can be done (depends if they have registred license as CommonCreative) But its just a Buyer-Author relation. Unity is not involved.

I think it just depends on the license. You also have to consider if it will work.
