Hi
I paid for assets and at the end it displayed an error 107, but it took the money from my bank account.
I am unable to download my asset as it’s not in my profile to download.
I written a message to support but nobody answered.
I think its my fault because I forgot to disconnect my VPN server , but money has been taken and I need urgently this asset .
Anybody could help me ?
