Android 8.0 Crash "Only fullscreen opaque activities can request orientation"

So I am noticing when I upload my APK to the Android Dev website I am getting crashes on 8.0 devices.

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Only
fullscreen opaque activities can
request orientation

I was wondering if anyone has found a fix for this in Unity?

@RoninGT Try to build with Android 7.1 ‘Nougat’ (Api level 25). It may be helpful,

I am having this same issue. I tried to Build at API level 25 and google wouldn’t let me upload. Unity Version 2018.2.18f1
