Android camera relative joystick bug

Hi guys, I’m having a bit of trouble here. Whenever I load a new scene on an Android device (S3 DroidX tested, though it works ok on PC), my joysticks seem to freeze up in the lower left corner of the screen. Because they are down and to the left, you’ll see in the attached video my character thinks you are pulling down and to the left, causing a perpetual spin, until you tap on the screen, when it magically goes away.

I am using the Camera Relative controls from Unity’s Standard Assets (mobile). I am using Mixamo’s animations and root motion controller, on Unity version 3.5.7.

5 seconds into the video, you can see me click to load a level; at 30 seconds in, this is where the level (finally) loads and you can see the character spin perpetually, until 40 seconds in, I tap on the screen, which then resets the joysticks to where they should be.

Any ideas at all will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!

Try resetting the joystick by calling the ResetJoystick function on the joystick.js script right after your new scene loads.
