Android custom fixed notification on lockscreen with buttons

Hi there.

I was wondering if unity or some plugin allows to create custom notifications on lock screen much alike spotify, which allows the user to play/pause and skip tracks.

Or do I need to create a custom AndroidJavaClass to allow this behaviour?
