Android DeepLink support in Unity 2019.2.7f2

Hi guys,
Currently facing an issue with deeplink on android steps i have done till now.

The part of manifest generated looks like this
This is right inside the

<activity android:name="com.unity3d.player.UnityPlayerActivity" ......

<intent-filter>
<data android:host="open" android:scheme="examplemyapp://" />
<action android:name="android.intent.action.VIEW" />
<category android:name="android.intent.category.DEFAULT" />
<category android:name="android.intent.category.BROWSABLE" />
</intent-filter>

</activity>

The way we are debugging is using the adb command

adb shell am start -d examplemyapp://

but I am getting the following output

Starting: Intent { dat=examplemyapp:// }
Error: Activity not started, unable to resolve Intent { dat=premierleague:// flg=0x10000000 }

I have also made a website with click on button it should open the app ,the code i have used is

<a href="examplemyapp://">

but it does nothing ,the same code on website works if I replace examplemyapp with pinterest (I have pinterest installed on my device) and Pinterest opens up.

Are there any steps that I am missing ?

same here - it does not do anything!
In the Documentation they do not use the ://
But either way it´s NOT working when I press the link in chrome browser.
in the log it says:

11-14 11:13:55.339  1861  3673 D InputMethodManagerService: packageName=com.android.chrome, activityName=com.google.android.apps.chrome.Main
11-14 11:13:55.339  1861  3673 D InputMethodManagerService: ime_enabled = false is same as last value, no change
