I thought that issue related to Additional Lights Cookie Format (GrayscaleHigh) on this line:

However after i tried to change Additional Lights Cookie atlas format from ‘Greyscale(High)’ to ‘Color(Low)’ in all URP settings assets, warning messages about light cookie are gone but error still shows up:
