Good work, clean art and also the gameplay seems polished. If I can suggest few improvements, I’d work on the menu GUI, the “bubble” buttons are quite hard to distinguish from the background. Also the gameplay would need some more variation in my opinion, e.g. some special attack of the enemy which would require some smarter management of the power ups by the player.
