Triple Piston 2 is an exciting collectible card game, based on the popular mini-game Triple Triad from Square Soft Inc. included in the Final Fantasy VIII, and allows you play quick games while collecting the best cars in the world.

Basically consists of getting the cards from your opponent by the use of simple rules. The game is designed for two players and takes about 1 minute to finish a game. The cards are placed in turns on a 3x3 gameboard, and by comparing the values printed on the cards played on the board, you can get the cards from your opponent.

Unlock the technical sheets of each of the 120 cars available in Career mode with Full HD images. Sell the cars you own and buy new ones to overcome the different levels in the game and reach to the top level, where you can get the best cars in the world…

It’s a Freemium game, which contains upgrades and integrated improvements within the game itself. One of them is to avoid advertising in the game, advertising is annoying, but one of the most interesting characteristics of the game is that viewing ads gives you certain advantages to spend in the game.

Currently available on Android and Windows Phone, in a few weeks a desktop version will be published in the Windows Store. Triple Piston 2 runs in modest devices with 512MB RAM and also in modern tablets with larger screens and more detailed resolutions.

Interesting concept

Do you have permission from all the car manufacturers to use there IPs to earn money?
I’m pretty sure the cars themselves are alright to use, but the logos are either copywrite or trademark protected.

I had thought you needed permission to even use real names of manufacturers and models, but I may have been mistaken.

It’s complicated… the Short answer is “You can’t”, the long one is “Maybe you could”…

There exists a doctrine in the trademark law: Fair use - Wikipedia

Obviouslly i cannot assure that it’s legal (I’m not a judge), it depends on the application of this doctrine… and there are several apps and games on all markets that uses brand logos (logo quizzs kind games).

If they use the logos to make money - they will eventually have to pay the original IP or trademark owner on any revenue earned.

Fair use does not apply to trademarks only copyright, nor does it apply to earning money with someone elses original IP.

Generally speaking fair use is a clause allowing people to use others IP for learning, instruction, and other non-revenue generating applications.

Based on your description - below - this game will eventually be considered revenue generating and is not protected under fair use doctrine.
Triple Piston 2 contains advertising, we know it’s annoying, but we have the stupid need to eat… note that displaying advertisiments has some advantages to make progresses in the game!
Triple Piston 2 contains in-app purchases within the game itself, including the elimination of advertisements and a special pack with additional advantages

The short answer is you have no f**** idea (swears added for effect). Fingers crossed you dont gain any traction otherwise you will find yourself the wrong end of law.
