Android icon problem

Hi Guys

I am developing an app for android from unity3d, when I install the APK file on the device I get a purple color base to my unity icon. I have tried all the options on the Android forum regarding creation of icon in the specific resolution, no matter how hard I try to remove the purple plate the problem persist. can someone guide me on removing that purple plate displaying the original icon in its shape.

Is the device you are testing on a Samsung Galaxy S? They automatically apply that to the backgrounds of icons.

Yes we are trying on the Galaxy S Galaxy Tab, but when we try it on the Galaxy Ace the works properly. Is there any specific icon size against all these devices.

As long as you use the icon size recommended by Unity you will be fine.

Yes we are using the icon size recommended by unity only right now but still the purple plate comes, so does it only come on the samsung devices that the border will appear if yes is there any way to avoid it or making it not come?

we are using
72x72 at 260dpi also tried
96x96 at 320dip
