You can do a lot of things to make a game interesting.
If your will not have depth then nobody will likes to play the game more then 5 minutes.

  1. Increase the size of the car.
  2. Add Hurdles and Obstacles.
  3. Add more maps.
  4. You are just using the Template from the Unity Asset stores.

In short you just need to add the more depth the user should have more interest in your game …
