Android: targeting API level 31 makes the game freeze on Android 12

This just saved me. It works. Unity 2018.4 trying to build for Android SDK 33

Thank you for this fix. I’ve been fighting the same issue for days now.
2019.1.8 building for Android 31, 32, 33 freezes on load.
