SAD JESTER GAMES
A very fun game. I like the simplicity of the game and the fact that you get a percentage of how far you are until you beat your previous highscore really helps. Though, at the end when the score tallies up take an incredibly long time to reach your score. This really kill the momentum of the “Just one more go” nature of the game as I had to sit there for 3-5 seconds to see how far I went. Luckily can skip it and just drop right back into the gameplay but if I want to see how I did, I need to wait a while, especially when you get a larger score you are going to be sitting there for a longer time. Maybe try having it tick up within a set time, for example, no matter what your score is have it tally up for 1 second, that way you still get that satisfying count up, but you don’t have to wait 5 seconds to see what your score is.
Anyway, it is a fun game and I can see myself picking this up from time to time. Great job!
Hi Darkays!
In the end screen the 3-5 seconds should already be a fixed time. On higher scores the numbers simply roll more quickly, so you don’t have to wait for an eternity. Also (as you’ve noticed) we’ve added the “tap to skip” feature so that if you’re on a rush to play your next game (as we usually are too!) you can simply jump back to the game with 2 quick taps.
Anyway we’re collecting all the comments and reviews from players around the world and we’re already working on a patch to upgrade some features following all the ideas we’re receiving.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking time to review our game
p.s. we’re going to try your “Glitch in the System” game! Looks fun \m/
