Anima 2d weight problem!

Hello one and all! O.k., brass tacks. Workin’ on an app with several Anima 2d rigged characters, and so far it’s the bomb, right up until export. Looks like the weight info isn’t carrying out to the build. Here’s our cat Dandy, and he looks dandy IN unity’s game window and the editor. Once he’s on the Ipad though all his smooth weighting goes out the window and he’s a blocky kitteh. Anybody else having these issues? Is it an export setting we’re screwing up? Lemme know!

it could be the quality settings in Unity. Do you have it set to 4 blend weights?

In particular if the editor has 4 bones set as blend weights and mobile has it set to 1, it would look rough. For mobile, I recommend 2.

you can override this per skinned mesh renderer as well, look for the setting.

That’s my guess since I don’t use this animation package. But it seems logical.
